The Nappy Collective

Thank you to all who assisted with collecting donations and donating for the May Nappy Collective.  A total of 281,423 nappies were distributed to mums in crisis and families in need which brings the total to over 2 million in under 4 years, AMAZING!

Our office is participating as a drop off point for The Nappy Collective.  A handful of leftover nappies may not mean much to you or me, but collectively we can make a huge difference.

What is The Nappy Collective?
The Nappy Collective is a volunteer run, community based organisation established in 2013, with the purpose of redistributing unused and leftover nappies to organisations that support families in crisis or in need.
With your support, we will collect hundreds of thousands of leftover nappies and they will be redistributed to women's shelters, programs for homeless mothers and young mothers in need.  With babies requiring  6-8 nappies a day this vital material aid makes both a practical and emotional impact on the health and welfare of those already in a stressful situation.
In three years,  they have grown to be nation-wide, collecting nappies in 39 cities and towns across Australia, and sorting and redistributing them to benefit over 150 organisations.  At their May Collective they celebrated collecting over 1.4 million nappies; proof that collectively, handfuls of nappies can make a really big difference.
